Past Life Regression Exercise
Past Life Regression is an exciting trip into your own past lives, unlocking doors in your mind that open other worlds.
You can and do have the ability to access your own past life. You can train yourself to access your own past life memories. This you can conduct in your own home. The idea here is to allow you to explore your past life while in a safe and pleasant place. However, before I explain the exercise to you, you need to prepare yourself. You will have to do this exercise daily for at least a month before you receive anything meaningful about your past life. Therefore, you will need to have patience for the process to work. Remember to progress slowly; you must focus on relaxing your body and your mind so that images of your past life are brought gently into your conscious awareness. Each time you practice this exercise you will go deeper into yourself. The deeper you go the more answers you will receive.
Being comfortable is the key. You can lie down or sit up, however; it is recommend you lie down, if you do sit up make sure you are supported and fully relaxed, be sure to loosen any restrictive clothing. You need to complete this exercise in a peaceful place that is quiet and where you will not be disturbed for the session. The entire exercise should last no longer than 45 minutes. It is also a good idea to set an alarm or timer to let you know when your 45 minutes are up. The last thing is to pick a special intention for you past life journey. You could say to yourself “what I need to see” “what I most need to heal” “the explanation for my life purpose” “what was my past personality or “did I have a special need”
When you are happy, you can start your exercise.
Take some deep refreshing breaths until you are very comfortable and relaxed, this should take no more than 3 minutes. Close your eyes and envision a golden white ball of healing light. Send the ball of healing light to each part of your body, start with your feet, go up your calves over your knees along your thighs through your hips and stomach along your torso through your chest and heart along your shoulders along your arms to your hands the back of your neck and through your head. Do this until you are relaxed. Scan your entire body looking for any places that are not relaxed. Immediately send the healing ball of light to the places in your body that are still tense. Keep doing this until each part of you is relaxed.
You should now be in a place of peace and stillness. Your body is full of the beautiful healing light. Take a moment to bask in the light, feel its warmth and feel how safe it is. Now go inside and connect with your inner vision. On the screen of your mind, imagine a closed door at the bottom of a staircase. See yourself walking to the staircase and see yourself slowly walking down the stairs. Once you reach the bottom of the stairs, you will see two things.
On the left side, there is a very comfortable couch; you can rest on it for a moment while you gather your thoughts about what you want to get from your journey through time. On the right side, there is a door with big red letters on it; the letters read MY PAST LIFE. The door is closed at this time; however, behind the door is the gateway to your past life.
While you are sitting on the couch, let the love of the universe surround you, and know that at all times you are completely safe and protected. If you are happy on the couch and you do not wish to go through the door, that’s just fine, remember you do not have to do anything you do not want to do, so just stay relaxed on the couch. If you do want to go through the door, rise from the couch and move towards the door.
Before you start you journey back through time, you need to declare the following to the universe. This is a very important part of the process and helps to make your past life journey safe and pleasant. You need to say to yourself throughout your journey, the following. “I am always completely safe and protected; I will see, hear and experience everything about my past life as if I was watching a movie. Just as a movie cannot harm me, my journey through my past life cannot harm me”.
Now move towards the door and open it. If the door does not open then the time is not right, and you should go back to the couch. If the door opens and you chose to continue, it is your choice, just consider that it might be for your own good to stop. When you are ready, go inside the past life room. Inside the room, you will see two things.
On the wall of the past life room, there is a white screen with blinds over it that are shut and down, On either side of the white screen are two buttons one is GREEN and one is RED. On the left, the GREEN button opens the blind and shows you your past life. On the right, there is the RED button this closes the blinds and takes you back to the safety of the couch. Once the blinds go up, you will see an image of yourself in a past life. This will be the past life that you most need to see or the past life that matches your intention. Look at yourself on the screen. Once you have a clear view of the individual who is you say “ACTION” The movie you are about to see will not start until you have said this.
If you have difficulty seeing yourself, ask to see the feet of your past life. Try to see what it is that you are wearing on your feet. Are they shoes, sandals, boots or are your feet bare? Once you see your feet slowly look up to see the rest of you. Once you are focused look at yourself on the screen. Take a moment to steady the image, and then say “ACTION”.
When you feel ready, press the GREEN button to open the blind and begin your journey, the first time you start this journey make sure you only do it for 20 to 30 minutes; you can go longer when you have had more practice. If you feel your journey has ended or if the alarm goes off, it is time to come back to the couch. Reach to your right and press the RED button. You will now find yourself back on the couch. Take a few minutes to rest. Then get up and walk back up the staircase so you can go back to were you begun your journey.
Like a deep-sea diver, come back up slowly to the surface of your conscious awareness. Remember, you have been to a deep place within you and you must readjust to your normal waking state slowly.
The point of this exercise is to delve into your past life. Unlike a movie, this intensely personal journey speaks to you on many levels. It will be different for everyone since everyone is unique. When you first start journeying through time, ask for pleasant past life images, allowing you to master the process.
