Start to think about change in your life

How do you think about change? Changes are sometimes good. People sometimes need to make changes in their life because they need to try something new.


To make a better life and to think about change you need to prepare yourself you need to set your mind into motion. I would not expect you to stop something you enjoy for example, cigarettes, alcohol, caffeine and complaining all at once. However, you could try stopping something small that will motivate you for the difficult steps ahead.

Before you do this, you need to decide whether you even really want to. It is important to understand that going for a better life is not an easy road, and the only reward is your own satisfaction. There will be many setbacks along the way, and there will be many times when you feel like giving up. But after the hard work, you will realize that having a better life is great fun and makes you feel good inside. So think about change now.

I have given you three basic steps below.


Step one:

Write down things you would like to change; (this can be about you or about your life) this makes the possibility’s more real, and it gets your mind working and thinking. Eventually you can make this wish list into real goals, with a specific plan.


Step Two:

Close your eyes and breathe deeply through your nose when you feel stressed. Stress is one of the biggest impediments to a better life. A simple technique like this can help, if you make it a habit.


Step Three:

List the good things in your life. This may be boring, but doing this will place you in a good mood and help you towards a better life and seeing your goals.

I could go on, but I do not known what your goals and needs are. The point here is to get you to think about change, and then getting you to take whatever action you can to give you a better life.

To help you along some of the areas you could look at are your career, health, purpose, growth and happiness. I have left happiness until last, because it is probably the most important. Your happiness or lack of it is probably the biggest factor, and it is this, that can make you change.

For example, if you do not work at your business or career, it could be that it does not make you happy or if you do not pull together in your relationship may be you are not happy. Is it now time to think about change?


Do any of this ideas sound familiar?

If they do it is because you are already defining, what will make you happy and want will not. Regardless of what others see, notice, or think, happiness comes from within until you refine what brings you happiness, none of this will work. Until you decide to start enjoying what you do regardless of what others think, all your hard work will do is make you unhappy.

For example, unless you decide that getting fit and eating better with bring you happiness, all it will be is rules and restrictions. So until you commit to gaining a better life, all you are doing is reading about it. Reading just for reading sake or reading is like watching the TV even when there is nothing good on, it is useless.

The key to a better life is to understand that a better life is a philosophy. It comes from within and stays within. Having a better life is a mind set. It is not something you wear and it is not something you should brag about. Once you reach that mind set, you will realize just how far you can go.

I have only touched on the a few ideas there are plenty of aspects in your life that you could improve. Do you wait to think about change if you do start here now?
